We take pride in the education we give our herbtenders. From our certification process to more hands-on approaches, we want our customers to be confident in our selection and the recommendations we give them. Who better to teach our herbtenders about our products than the vendors who provide them?
Long-time friend of The Herbery, (recently known as Sunshine Farms) Indoor Sunshine, is one of our reliable growers that frequently invites us to learn about their process. Our herbtenders get to see the farm's operations and ask lots of questions. Oftentimes, they will even bring up the customer inquiries they receive in the stores. We love having the opportunity to reach out to great farms on behalf of our customers and build trust like our relationship with Indoor Sunshine.
